bkt1 Terms and Conditions

This document serves as a legal agreement between bkt1 ("we", "us", "platform") and the user ("you", "player"). bkt1 operates an online betting and casino platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all services on the platform, bonus offers, payment processes, and account management.

bkt1 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Our platform is protected by SSL encryption technology and operates in accordance with fair play principles.

bkt1 reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To create an account on bkt1 and use any of its services, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be returned.

• You must register using truthful and accurate information.
• Only one account per person is permitted.
• Use of a false identity or incorrect information will result in permanent account closure.
• Managing another person's account on behalf of an existing account holder is prohibited.

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

• Do not share your login details with anyone else.
• Always log out after using a public device.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

bkt1 may request identity verification documents at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. Identity confirmation may be required before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in account restrictions.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals may be slightly delayed if a verification process is underway. Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to registered payment methods.
• Withdrawals may be suspended if fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

bkt1 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Conversion fees may apply for transactions in foreign currencies and these costs must be borne by the user. All deposits and withdrawals will be displayed in Taka.

New players at bkt1 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, an eligible deposit must be made in accordance with the rules shown on the promotions page. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x).

For example: if you deposit ৳5,000, you will receive a ৳5,000 bonus. To withdraw the bonus, a total wager of (deposit + bonus) = ৳10,000 × 20 = ৳200,000 must be placed.

• Bonuses are valid on one account per person, household, address, and device.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• bkt1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• The deadline for claiming a bonus will be stated in the terms of the relevant promotion.
• Any bonus and associated winnings may be cancelled if fraudulent activity is suspected.

The bkt1 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are as follows:

You can be promoted to a higher tier based on your activity and regular participation. Cashback is processed every week and is added directly to your account.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using another person's identity or information.
• Operating an account on behalf of or together with a minor.
• Selling or transferring an account to another person.

• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or any automated method to place bets.
• Participating in group betting (syndicate) or coordinated betting.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

• Harassing, offensive, or threatening behavior toward other users or staff.
• Use of obscene or hateful language in live chat.
• Attempting to deceive the support team by providing false or misleading information.

All games on bkt1 are operated fairly and transparently. Slots and casino games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every result is entirely random and not predetermined. All game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Microgaming, Ezugi, NetEnt) deliver their services in accordance with their own quality standards.

Each game has its own betting rules and limits, which are displayed when the game loads. For bets cancelled due to a technical error, the full stake will be refunded. If a game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, it will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

For cricket, football, and other sports betting, the specific betting rules of each tournament (BPL, IPL, ICC, T20, FIFA) will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded. In special cases where a dispute arises over a match result, bkt1's decision will be considered final.

bkt1 collects personal information necessary to provide its services — such as name, contact details, date of birth, and payment information. This information is used solely for account management, transaction processing, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

bkt1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for any reason without notice. This will take immediate effect in particular cases of rule violations, fraud, or any other unethical conduct. Upon legitimate account closure, any remaining funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

Users may also request voluntary closure of their own account at any time through our support team.

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the complete agreement between bkt1 and the user. No verbal or informal promises or understandings outside of this document will be considered valid.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be fully in effect. The unenforceable part will be interpreted in a manner consistent with the law.

If bkt1 does not take immediate action upon a breach of any term, this does not constitute a waiver of that term. We may exercise our rights at any time.
